Burnout

For the woman who is tired of being tired

A young woman with dark hair sitting on a modern black chair near a large window with sheer curtains. She is wearing a white T-shirt and gray socks, looking out the window in a bright, minimalist room with white walls and a white sofa.

On the outside you are still showing up. Still hitting deadlines, still answering messages, still holding everything together for everyone around you. But on the inside something has shifted. The things that used to excite you don't anymore. You wake up exhausted even after a full night of sleep.

  • Running on empty no matter how much sleep you get or how many weekends you take off

  • Finding that the things that used to bring you joy now feel flat or pointless

  • Struggling to concentrate, make decisions, or follow through on even simple things

  • Feeling irritable, numb, empty, or just flat in a way you can't quite explain

  • Pulling away from the people you love, not because you want to but because you simply have nothing left to give

You might be finding yourself here if you relate to any of these:

Our Relationship With Productivity

A big part of what drives burnout in women who are used to holding it all together is our relationship with productivity. We live in a culture that equates constant doing with worth. Working, exercising, cleaning, optimizing, achieving. There is always more to do, and no matter how much you accomplish, it never feels like enough.

But here is the truth: we are not meant to be in constant motion. Rest is not laziness. It is not a reward you have to earn. It is something your body and mind genuinely need to function, and reclaiming it is one of the most radical and necessary things you can do for yourself.

What Our Work Together Looks Like

If your sense of worth has always been tied to what you produce, slowing down can feel genuinely terrifying. In our work together, we will untangle that. We will figure out what is burnout, what is depression, what is your nervous system running on fumes, and what are the deeper patterns underneath all of it. We will work on rebuilding a relationship with yourself that is not contingent on how much you get done, without asking you to be less ambitious, less driven, or less you.
