Life happens, and I completely understand that. I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Please also note that I have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full fee will be charged.

I am not currently affiliated with any Kupot Holim (health insurance). I will provide receipts that you may be able to submit to your private insurance for reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider beforehand to understand what they cover.

15-minute consultation call: Free
50-minute session: 450 NIS
30-minute session: 350 NISI offer a limited number of reduced fee spots for those experiencing financial hardship. Please don't hesitate to bring this up during our consultation — I would rather find a way to make it work than have cost be a barrier to getting support.

This really depends on you, your goals, and what you are working through. Some people come for a focused period of a few months to work through something specific. Others find that longer term therapy feels right for them. We will check in regularly about how things are going and adjust as needed. There is no pressure to commit to a certain timeline upfront.

If you are reading this page, that is probably already a sign. Therapy is not just for people in crisis, it is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, work through something that feels stuck, or simply have a consistent space to process life. You do not need to have it all figured out before you reach out.

Most clients meet weekly, especially at the start of therapy. As things progress we may shift to every other week or monthly check-ins depending on what feels right for you.
