My Specialties
Every woman I work with is different. These are the areas I work with most often. If you don't see your struggle listed here, please reach out anyway. If I can't help, I'll point you in the right direction.
High Achievers & Perfectionists
For the woman who doesn’t even think she is a perfectionist
Here's the thing about perfectionism that most people get wrong: it's not about being perfect. In fact, most perfectionists would laugh at that idea. It's about the relentless, exhausting fear of not being good enough.
What This Can Look Like:
You dwell on your mistakes long after everyone else has moved on
You replay scenarios over and over, wondering what you should have done differently
You can't seem to relax even when the work is done because there is always something else to worry about
You put things off not because you lack motivation but because the fear of it not being good enough stops you before you even begin
You agree to things you have no desire to do and spend the next week quietly resenting it
You feel guilty resting, making mistakes, or falling short of your own impossible standards
You overthink decisions big and small until you freeze and do nothing at all
How We Work Through It
In our work together, we'll slow down enough to figure out what's actually driving all of this. Not just manage the symptoms, but actually get to the root of it. We'll work together to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, challenge the thoughts that are running the show, and help you build a life that actually feels like yours.
This is a space where you can say the quiet parts out loud. No filter needed, no judgment, ever.
Perfectionism Is Fear, Not High Standards
Here is the part that makes perfectionism so hard to spot: the world rewards it. You get praised for being reliable and put together. Your perfectionism looks like ambition from the outside. So you think maybe this is just who I am. Meanwhile, on the inside, you are running on fear.
Because that is what perfectionism really is. Not high standards. Fear. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear that if you slow down or make a mistake, something terrible will happen. That love will be withdrawn. That you will not be enough.
For many women, this started early. Maybe love and approval felt tied to achievement growing up. Maybe being good and helpful was how you stayed safe. Maybe you watched the women around you hold themselves to impossible standards and quietly learned to do the same.
